Christmas is coming, the festival of love, but love is not easy for everyone. Hannes (Wotan Wilke Möhring) has betrayed his girlfriend Clara (Heike Makatsch) with a elementary school teacher and his sweetheart is not willing to forgive him. Kiki (Nora Tschirner) cannot think of anything else but her fream lover. Martin (Elmar Wepper) regrets to have left his wife and wants her back now. Klaus (Friedrich Mücke) is unsure about his relationship and is in doubt about really getting married to his boyfriend Viktor (Christian Ulmen). Kerem (Fahri Yardim) is happily married and expects his third child, but shortly before the Christmas holidays his family is faced with ruin. His wife Simone (Katharina Schüttler) does not now about it...
